There are right ways and wrong ways to do everything. The best way to do The Bazaar in Miami Beach is with a small group of other people who really appreciate food and have the money to do the “tasting” menu – I think it was $125 with wine.

I wouldn’t return because the restaurant would rather have money than patronage, the food was hit and miss, but man did they keep our water glasses full.
