I don’t know about they in general but our waiter certainly was.

And I think the tasting menu was $125 without the wine….

I wouldn’t go back to The Bazaar in Miami Beach because I felt like they were trying to trick me – 18% automatic gratuity on a table of four, waiting for bread, bottled water… the place was not that offensive to me, like I said I felt like I was in a Pet Shop Boys video (in a good way).

There are right ways and wrong ways to do everything. The best way to do The Bazaar in Miami Beach is with a small group of other people who really appreciate food and have the money to do the “tasting” menu – I think it was $125 with wine.

I wouldn’t return because the restaurant would rather have money than patronage, the food was hit and miss, but man did they keep our water glasses full.
