You’re welcome – I don’t know – I peered under the meat and didn’t see any olive salad, and if you look at the photos, you don’t see any. That’s why I said maybe someone forgot it in the kitchen on our portion.

Thanks for the kind words. I’m very pleased that you and Henry were a fan of the classic spicy red beans & rice and smothered fish. The mini muff’s had all the toppings- olive salad, salami, mortadella, ham, and provolone. Apparently not enough olive salad!! And you’re right, it’s the best part of the sandwich- crunchy, salty, fresh olive goodness, YUM. Regardless I appreciate the heads up and now know to really pack it on next time.
