Years ago, I had similar experiences out in Koreatown at some of the Korean restaurants. But, there, it was a fairly insular community (at the time, now it’s been “discovered”, along with Korean food), and it’s out in a part of town that few folk from the ostensibly nicer parts of the city venture. But this place is right in the heart of Puerto Madero – tourism central. It just seems like all they want are Chinese tourists and locals though. Who knows – I’d only tried to go there at lunchtime, and it’s been near empty each time. At dinnertime it may be a different scene.
