I’m pretty sure it’s the only dry PX I’ve ever tried, or even ever seen. I imagine that such a thing exists elsewhere, and I know I’ve had some dry whites from the Jeréz area that included PX as part of the blend, but 100% was surprising. And, absolutely delicious.
