Well, I did say “maybe”. Mostly it’s because so many people with good palates have recommended the place as having some of the best Chinese food around, especially that duck, that I hate to not at least try it. I probably wouldn’t go back for anything else other than just to try the duck with a couple of friends. And yes, you can get in on this, just send me an email and we’ll talk! (Goes for anyone else in town reading this too – my quests are great ways to meet new people, and hey, we can try more things the more of us there are.)

Consider the noodles my next priority in ingredients!

Why would you go back and try a place again where they were so rud? Why did you stay? Can I get on these dumpling adventures?

I hope you do the Ingredients 101 post on the noodles. I see so many different kins in China town and never know what to do with them.
