Well, I did say “maybe”. Mostly it’s because so many people with good palates have recommended the place as having some of the best Chinese food around, especially that duck, that I hate to not at least try it. I probably wouldn’t go back for anything else other than just to try the duck with a couple of friends. And yes, you can get in on this, just send me an email and we’ll talk! (Goes for anyone else in town reading this too – my quests are great ways to meet new people, and hey, we can try more things the more of us there are.)

Consider the noodles my next priority in ingredients!
