You’re welcome! I grew up with blintzes basically being sweet too – usually, as you said, with sour cream (or sometimes cottage cheese) and some sort of jam. In some ways this is more of a French, or maybe Italian style crepe, but I like to fold them up like blintzes and at least claim they’re part of my heritage….
