Oh, forgot about Don Julio. I don’t believe in all the times I’ve been there that I’ve ever seen a milanesa. And there’s not one listed on their online menus. If they have a list of milanesas, I don’t recall ever seeing it. I’m sure you can get one (maybe not), and maybe it’s just me, but it’s certainly not a reason I’d think someone would go to one of the world’s best steakhouses.

Milanesa? These were a burger place and a Peruvian-Japanese fusion spot. I doubt either of them even has milanesas on offer.
