As a matter of fact I never owned the Juramento branch of Big Mamma, despite I have invested some 20.000 dollars in it.
When I opened the first BM in Las Cañitas, my business consisted in buying expensive and selling cheap, that is, getting the highest quality supplies and selling the food as most aforddable to my customer.
This practice was abandoned by my partners around 2001, and I deeply disagreed. The situation exploded a couple of years later, so I quit the society early in 2005, before the opening of the Juramento branch.
I repeated my strategy in Mamá Europa, that I opened in 2006, but the Lehman Brothers crisis kicked me out of businnes in october 2008.
