Thanks! I just wonder why the guard at the gate was so secretive about it – all he had to do was say, “it’s an apartment building”.

That building complex you couldn’t identify is an apartment complex – the round buildings are remodeled grain silos which now house big studio style apartments. It’s mostly residential, though I know there’s a couple of production companies there as well. The complex is still known as “the silos”.
You can still spot the (mostly paved over) railway tracks that detoured from the main Mitre line to the silos.
