That all looks delicious, especially for the cold weather we are getting. I confess I have never had a pig’s trotter but I might try them in the locro.
Today I made a traditional Christmas fruitcake, something I can seldom face doing at Christmas itself here in the heat. We ditched the turkey for asado and salad years ago.
