it is a burger made from remolacha and soja. they have different variets as well but this is my favorte. the bun is just pita bread and they warm it up in microwaves on site, but once you get past those flaws it’s pretty great and cheap. even my meat eating friends like it, maybe because the remolacha gives it a pink color like a beef patty.

My favorite veggie burger is in the centro. I dont know the name or address of the place, it’s run by a Colombian vegetarian family. It’s in a galeria I think at 140 Florida. If you are walking from Bartolome Mitre, the entrance is right after Ivan’s sandwich shop/kiosko. When in the gallery, go down the stairs, take a left, and go down the next flight, and its in the corner. Order the Hamburguesa de Soja from the sandwichs menu. It’s only 10 pesos too!
