He’s been talking for the last year about opening his own place and making food that is a little more “comfort” level – what he calls Tuscan Cowboy food. Still grateful for your help and advice over on Fodors and via your website, for my December 2008 trip. That taster wasn’t enough and BA is firmly on my list for a return visit when I can!
