Visually there are definitely similarities. A fiambre aleman seems to be actual crepes, or panqueques, layered with cold-cuts, cheeses, lettuce, tomato, etc., so sort of a giant sandwich made with crepes., at least as I understand it. Here, nothing’s between the layers, and they’re made of omelettes with just egg, no flour. I think we should have both on our table!
