Probably not with this type of dough – biscotti really need a cookie dough to come out the right texture – this being more like the texture of a fruitcake, it’s likely to end up somewhat unpleasant, like really stale cake, if you dry it out like that. But, the same flavors could go into a cookie dough to make biscotti.

For me, no. I don’t like cakes like this packed with too much stuff – I could have put more, but I like it to be a little bit of a bite here and there as I eat a slice. I like the cake!
