Is in his 70’s, almost 80’s. You can find him in front of Carrefour Vicente Lopez (on Av. Libertador near Gral Paz, province side). He has an interesting personal history, and is a good man that contributes to several “comedores populares”.
In that restaurant the speciality is the pancakes. Sweets or salties. Hundreds of different recipes made with the best ingredients. I recommend you to try one.

Haven’t tried Kansas’ ribs, but basically, they’re food is the exact menu as a Houston’s in the U.S., they use the same recipes, same menu, pretty much same everything.

Excellent, thick, juicy burgers and a wonderful place to sit outside and watch the day go by. All of their food has been very good. It’s 2 blocks from my apt which, of course, makes it double good.

I’ve gone thru your previous burger blogs and can’t wait to get back to BA to go to Kansas (how are their ribs?) and the hard rock cafe.
