The food, other guests, Henry and of course Dan were great! What a great way to spend an evening in Buenos Aires. If you have doubts about going to Casa SaltShaker, put them aside, Dan and Henry will take very good care of you and you will have a great evening.

Dan mostly concentrates on the food in this blog, however I must say having somebody with his experiance pair the wines with the foods just elevated the entire evening! Everything was perfect!

Thanks Dan and Henry!

Two of my favorite films of his (maybe the only two I know of) were The Caine Mutiny and Double Indemnity. In the latter, he’s a murdurous insurance salesman. Underrated, for sure. The dinner sounds great.
