Mmm, sucking out shells, the roe, and all those innards notwithstanding, this post me abrió el apetito. Great pics! (You know which one I like!) BTW, yuyo in Peruvian refers to the seaweed you put on the ceviche, and I’ve had it in Lima, not only the north. Great blog! Saludos a Henry.
