Have you tried in either a specialty cookware shop like Maestros de la Cocina – Montevideo 1012, near to Marcelo T. Alvear, or out in the restaurant supply district – Av. Jujuy from 1200-1600? You could also use something like a small ramekin, which I see all over the place, even in the supermarkets. The shape will be slightly different, not angled below, straight sided instead, but they work very well.
