Wow, this was great!! When I entered your home the aroma of the adobo de chancho made me dizzy with a lustful appetite. The flavor of the adobo would have made me gluttonous were it not for my fear of appearing . . . gluttonous. I'm pretty sure I could have eaten more of the ceviche right through the entire meal and after dessert. The soup was lick-the-bowl delicious, the aji amarillo lending it a surprising brightness. The octopus and papa, with that yummy olive oil, just belonged in my mouth. With regard to your cheesecake, you didn't mention that you toasted the seeds. The toasty, light crunch in combination with creamy cheese and caramel was a delight. Also, your wine pairings were spot-on.
A completely sexy meal. Thanks so much for finding room for me and my New York friends.
