		<description>No question! And, of course, that's part of the reason to work on "perfecting" certain items. They're the ones I like the best, that I think... represent me... and with an eye towards a solid menu at some point in the future in a more traditional restaurant setting.

		<description>Isn't it great to have a sure-fire (well, fairly sure-fire, nothing is 100%) dessert you can always fall back on? Its obvious that you love to cook and experiment and come up with new things, but there's always times when even caffeine can't provide inspiration, and you have to put your inspiration on auto-pilot. Not that you did that with the banana spring roll in this dinner, I'm just saying that there's always gonna be times like that.
Food looks awesome, as usual.</description>
