		<description>Ahh, you missed one point - he&#039;s not Japanese, nor is he a chef or even a cook - he just likes to eat out! He&#039;s a 60-year old white, Jewish guy from somewhere in the U.S. who moved to Japan a few years ago to study various Japanese traditions and eat his way around the country.</description>
