		<description>I had the pleasure of going to Alsace about a year ago, and I came away feeling that it may be the most perfectly balanced region in France in terms of food, wine and landscape. Also, because tourists are not overrunning the place (at least not American tourists), prices are far more rational than traditional hot spots like Paris, Nice, etc.

This restaurant sounds amazing. Especially the beer list. I hope you are getting ideas you can use in Casa Saltshaker.</description>
