Yeah, like someone in Argentina actually stopped eating meat just because the president said it would help drive down prices. Most people just laughed. Others giggled hysterically.

I’m glad you mentioned this technique, Dan. I also love rubbing meat. It’s so easy and it adds so much flavor. But what with Argentina’s voluntary cessation of eating meat, I wonder how rubbed tofu tastes.
