		<description>[...] I was inspired by my visit a couple of weeks ago to verdellama to actually get moving on my long back-burned project of opening my own restaurant here. It will take some time to do all the proper legal paperwork, find a location and such, but in the meantime, we decided to start by drumming up some interest in my cooking that isn&#8217;t limited to pictures and recipes. So, begnning in May, we will be opening up our home on Friday evenings as a small (we only have 12 seats between two tables), in-house restaurant. For the moment, you can click on the following link, or above, or to the right for Casa SaltShaker to get detailed information. Sometime in the coming week the page will also get translated into Spanish, I certainly don&#8217;t want to limit our appeal to just the English speaking crowd, we&#8217;d like to cater to everyone!
