Thanks for the tip about Rancho Grande. I pass through Liniers almost every day and I'm tempted to have some Bolivian food, but don't know how the quality is, this comment tells me where not to go.

By the way, just two things. Liniers is not a suburb, it's a barrio within the city of Buenos Aires, and it's not northern, it's western.

And keep cooking your pasta al dente and your beef rare!
