Felix has become a place we go to reasonably regularly - once every 2-3 months, but that's added up to probably two dozen visits over the last four years, and it's always just as good and Felix himself always just as charming. Prices of course have gone up in the intervening span, and the entrees these days run in the low 30s (pesos), so not nearly the increase that many places in the area have taken - it's still a fantastic bargain for delicious food.
